Reservations that do not meet this time requirement may be canceled. **Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable. Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%. Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days. FAQ Q. Polynesian Gardens is roughly 1/2 mile down the road from the closest beach access #12, located at the intersection of Midnight Pass Rd and Stickney Point Rd. Q. How far away is the Siesta Key Village? A. The Siesta Key Village is roughly 2 miles from Polynesian Gardens. The best way to reach the village is either by bike or the free Siesta Key Trolley. Q. Are there beach supplies included at the property? A. Yes, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and a pull cart to help bring everything down to the beach.
